The Meningeal Reaction After the spinal Aneshesis

Abstract
|
|
|
A 16 years old female was transfered to our hospital from a private clinic with the complaints of cloudy consciousness, aphsia, high fever, severe headache and excitement with refuse state after a pontocaine spinal anesthesia.
She was improved by the symptomatic treatment after the diagnostic procedures including spinal fluid examinations and two times of culture for the bacteria, which was "no growth". Finally she was discharged in recovered state after 14 days hospitalization without any complication
